I renewed the Vogon account on Go-Daddy so we are set for another year. As always, our thanks to Elissen for hosting the website on his server. I saw where Rocky logged on in January and every now and then Snickit, Stov, Goat and a few others get on. All you old hands, log on and keep in touch with us. Would love to hear from you guys. Very little activity in the corp now. I have 2 alts still in Vogon, Thuls Rokh who is a director and a cyno alt. whose name I can't seem to remember. Snickit got his degree and his parents are kicking him out. Happens to the best of us, bud.  I see a few of the old Feral guys who are in Arrow but haven't seen any old Vogons except the few mentioned above. I see Removal Tool logging on every now and then and haven't see the Aegis in ages. Every now and then, Deus Makhuna will log on. He's, I believe, still with the Chicago Stock Exchange. Haven't seen Mujun in a while, either. And that's about it. BTW. here is the addy for the old Ratel site which is still up and running;:

Stov, I haven't done anything with PI except started an alt training for it. All depends on who you talk to as to if its worth a shit or not. Some say it is and some prefer to make isk other ways. Tribute has calmed down now since Molle and IT [BOB} got their asses handed to them and have slinked back to where ever they came from, so I'm going to try PI and see if it's a money maker. Darkfall eh? Looks like a Mutated Evercrack clone to me. But it does have some interesting features. PVP everywhere, mountable creatures, the ability to climb, no personal radar, real stealth and my fav.....too many evil acts and thats it. There ain't no comin back into the light. So lemme guess Aerick.....you got a dark elf archer that crafts his own shit, can cast some sort of healing type spells, utillizes stealth and is a grey character. Meaning that you're not a good guy exactly but you're certainly not beyond redemption. Either that or you got some evil-ass melee Orc riding some ugly Warg lookin thing beatin shit down left and right smack talkin the whole way.

Jesus Stov, its scary how close you are to describing my playstyle in that game.

The whole evil act thing doesn't matter.  You can just go and kill everyone, you just dont have access to a few npc cities then.  You must be in a clan (corp) to survive in this game.  Kill EVERYBODY.  I am a "red" but I ain't beyond redemption either.

There is no stealth unfortunately in the game, but I basically still "jump outta nowhere" and waste resource gatherers(miners).  To a lot of you guys, it is really your kind of game.

I still suck at it PVP wise but I'm learning.

Well when i said real stealth I meant that ya actually had to do something and use the shadows....engage one's wit to be stealthy rather than just clicking an item and suddenly no one can see you. I'm not sure its my kind of game. While i do like killing and stalking my prey I'm not sure I could take another midevil style mmorpg. I played Asheron's Call from early '02 - late '04 FUCKING HARDCORE. I had a hardcore 3-School Sword swinging melee that not only could beat down anything, he had higher life and creature magic than most real mages. I was the fucking debuff KING and the real PK'ers ( red not pink ) hated me. They had these bullshit rules of engagement. No looting, no creature debuffs, no portalling out. Needless to say I didn't follow those rules and only the most powerful War Mages and Archers could take me down. Anyway, I'm burnt out on those kinda games.
